Asian Style Slaw

Wonder where you can get those fancy Asian slaws food trucks include in their burritos? Look no more because you can make your own! This recipe requires little cooking besides chopping up veggies and tossing ingredients together. It will do well as a side dish or healthy snack when you get the munchies.

Asian Style Slaw

Serves 2 - 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups green or Napa cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup carrot, grated

  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced

  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chashews/peanuts, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • Juice of 3 limes

  • 2 Tbsp. Nam Prik chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, serve, and enjoy!
